One of the greatest experiences I ever had.. witnessing and photographing the launch of the first space shuttle Columbia in April 1981. The sight was beyond belief and the sound was a completely different dimension.. the air was literally crackling with the vibrations. The original shot, a 30-year old Kodachrome transparency, is in excellent condition. I will be having a professional scan done at higher resolution if larger prints are requested.
